by a blind mexx~.orandum for use by Stations in passing the study. Tie memorandum
briefly describes the study and requests pertinent information.

2: The ranch proper to your Division has follow-up responsibility with
reference to the requests made of Liaison Services. Accordingly, you are requested

a. Cite in the outgoing dispatch a suspense ate by which Headquarters desires
to receive a report on the given Liaison Service's response to the request
for information proper to agiven-study. It is requested that the
suspense date be sixty (60) days from the typing date of the outgoing dispatch.
(This easily provides a full month for Liaiion Service action on a request

b. Coordinate outgoing dispatch with- and the pertinent Branch.
