by a blind memorandum for use by Stations in passing the study. The memorandum
briefly describes the study and requests pertinent information,

20 The -Branch proper to your Division has follow-up responsibility with
reference to the requests made of Liaisom Services, Accordingly,- you are requested
to:
a, Cite in the outgoing dispatch a suspens$adate by which Headquarters desires
to receive a report on the given Liaison Service's response to the request
for information proper to a given- study. It is requested that the
sus ense date be sixty (60) days from the typing date of the outgoing dispatch.
(This easily provides a full month for Liasion Service action on a request
pasted in the Field. )
