SUBJECT: Chinese Communist Training Documents for
Liaison Exchange
1. Attached for passage to liaison are copies of a booklet
containing two Chinese Communist documents entitled, Bases
and Experiences of Legal and Illegal Activities, and Experiences
in the Clandestine Work (Shanghai). These are Party documents
acquired by a trainee in an indoctrination course given to foreign
Communist Party representatives by the Chinese Communist
Party. We believe they are of unusual value and warrant the
special attention of certain liaison services. It is therefore
suggested t in our area the documents be passed to = 25X1A6a
for briefing 25X1X7
