Developed a hemispheric coordination p#i mechkniw involving all the CPs from Canada to Argentina. "Northern Zone" includes Caribbean area and North America; headquarters in Mexico City. Co-chairm n: CP Mexico and CP Cuba. "Southern Zone" includes `South America., except Venezuela; headquarters in Buenos Aires. CPs of Argentina and Brazil have been co-chairmen in the past. Bilateral relations among CPs in this hemisphere increased notably in 1958. B. Continued to train j / U current and future Latin American Communists leaders in the USSR. The 1958 action-program for LA was worked out in Moscow in a regional conference of LA CPs in November 1957.
