of the 1956 "Scbraa r " Report have been revised and are submitted
here; pith for the concurrence of the embers for trans -ttta1 to USIA.
. It is intended to direct the co tints to the attention at
Mr. Henry Loomis, Chief, Office of Research and Intelligence, U$XA.,
and indicate that he may feel free to use them in any way, including
referral to the Radio Policy Can ittee if he so desires
3- 1 would like to have your concurrence as soon as convenient,
but in any event by 19 April in order to make these comments available
at an early stage in the planning for the 1957 Schramm Conference.
