Following is an excerpt from the minutes of the 82nd IOTAC meeting, held on 5 April 1960 *Since CIA appears to be heading toward releasing itself of all obligations undertaken under }C 169 and. NBC Action 1910, the Chairm= posed the question of the advisability of terminating the activities of IOTAC which was established to deal with the Interests of diverse elements in the Agency in regard to these obligations.
