for a study to determine the cost of a new receiver building within the

facilities:

1. 20 on-line RTTY circuits

3. 2 medium speed positions
(1 manual, 1 automatic)
4. 1 MCPU
5. Off-line RTTY space
b. Non-Operational -
1. 4 offices
2. Maintenance shops
3. Air conditioning plant
