1. This meeting was held 31 December 1964 at the request of Mr.
D/Chief, RECD, to discuss and review the project prior to his
departure next Wednesday, 6 January 1965, to assist the staff in
preparing the A/E phase.
2. Those present at the meeting were as follows:

3. Major points discussed, reviewed and agreed upon were as
follows:

a. Type of wall construction suitable to meet OC security
requirements; i.e., reinforced concrete or cinder block with 6
inch on center J inch rods, poured concrete.
b. Proposed installation of 2 each 100KW, automatic start/
stop, emergency power generators. Mr. - expressed that OC E 25X1 A9a
should at the earliest time (no later than late January) forward
complete details of the units to for incorporation in the 25X1A6a
A/E specifications.
c. Eliminate the satellite antenna installation on the roof
as previously agreed upon. The undersigned stressed that 0C
definitely plans to install such an antenna in the future in the
receiver compound and desires that the NOR I/ZAST/SOUTE quadrants
be kept clear of high obstacles such as power building, water
tower, link towers, etc.
d. Parking hardstand space within the compound for 10 govern-
ment and private vehicles would be ample. No sheltered space will
be provided.
e. A/E will not include any work connected with dismantling,
moving and erecting the present "R" site antennas.

f. A/B specifications will be such as to show costs for com-
puter (elevated) floors and conventional type. (Trenched or over-
head distribution.)
g. Should A/B cost estimates be considerably under the $1+00,000
figure, the 650 square feet previously cut from the Main Operations
Room will be restored.
4. For A/B planning purposes, Mr. - requested OC-B furnish 25X1A9a
him a new equipment layout (sterile) based on the reduced building size
together with a total equipment fii load. The undersigned promised to
have these ready prior to his departure next Wednesday.
