3. The initial CIA planning was shown to STRATCOM in
the form of four drawings depicting transmitting and receiving
antenna layouts, receiver building layout and a single line
drawing of the transmitter building layout. The drawings were:

5. Power requirements for both facilities exceed the
planned installation capacity. Present over plan- 25X1A
ning consists of the following:
Receiver Site : 3 ea. 375 KVA generators
1 ea. 150 KVA NO-BREAK generator
Est. installed cost - $322,000
Transmitter Site : 3 ea. 175 KVA generators
Est. installed cost - $121,000
Originally the following had been planned, but reduced to meet
budgetary limitations:
Receiver Site : 3 ea. 625 KVA generators
Est. installed cost - $800,000
Transmitter Site : 3 ea. 550 KVA generators
Est. installed cost - $365,000
The following ELECTRONIC loads were furnished as CIA require-
ments:
Receiver Site : 84.6 KVA
Transmitter Site : 394 KVA
