3. Project - was responsible for a large
portion of the workload this month. Fifty requisitions
representing 2100 items were initiated on a priority
basis and sent to OL on 25 October. Chief, MSB visited
the to complete arrangements for special
box mar ngs -o acilitate handling and transhipment at
Saigon. Present planning calls for shipping all items
simultaneously for arrival at Saigon by uary 1966.
Five generators ordered previously for 16M are
scheduled for arrival at Saigon in late December.
4. An Allocation 2 t blished for
the purpose of supplying with the
necessary items for pre-wiring 27 rack mounted field
stations. Many items were delivered to during
mid-October and the remainder are to follow a out 9
November.
