SUBJECT:Monthly Narrative Summary Report -- February 1976
1. The final mailing of the AFT RFP was made on
11 February with many of the prospective bidders receiving
the RFP as late as 19 February. Because of late receipt,
an incorrect contact telephone number, and omission of
instructions on how to respond, several requests for exten-
sion of the due date for response were received. System
Engineering Laboratories (SEL) informed the Contracting
Officer they are not planning to bid.
