SUBJECT: Office of Training Career Service Board
1. Effective immediately
are appointed members of the Training STI Career Service Board
vice retired. The other
members of the Career Board are as follows:

is an Advisor to the Career Board and
serves as the Secretary to the Board.
L. The Career Board will meet at least monthly and is responsible
a. Reviewing the overall personnel position of the ST Career
Service. This includes individual reviews of ST Careerists in
grades GS-l0 through GS-14.
b. The competitive evaluation and ranking for promotion of
officers of the ST Career Service in grades GS-11 through GS-14.
This will be accomplished throughout the year as headroom be-
comes available.
c. The review of Field Reassignment Ouestionnaires and Career
Plans submitted by officers in grades GS-09 through GS-14.

d. Reviewing recommendations for Quality Step Increases for
personnel in grade GS-11 and above.
e. Recommending internal and external training as part of the
career development of officers in grades GS-11 through GS-16.
3. The recommendations of the Career Board will be submitted to
the Director of Training for approval or other appropriate action.
