aot ee, Any SDO unable to perform the duty on the assigned
date will. arrange for a substitute from among- the names
appearing in this notice and will immediately notify PPa/P&M,
extension 8185, of the substitution;.
2. Each SDO is expected to review the referent memorandum to
ensure full understanding of his responsibilities, especially
the responsibility stated in paragraph 3a(2) which requires
him to remain at his place of residence at all times while
serving as SDO. During the week preceding his assignment
he is required to read the OTR Special lnst:ructic ras for Staff
Duty Officers and to obtain a copy of the OTR Directory for
