self-imposed rule for the first time, and the break is triggered by,

"Having spent 70-80ro of my 14 years with the
Agency, which would indicate extensive time pro-
cessing, briefings, etc. this has been, this
particular orientation, the most realistic and
effective program I have attended. For the most
part, I believe with all sincerity this is due to
devotion to this program. Most persons

in Asia 7-8 years I can say most or 9CY% of these
lectures are extremely realistic and apply to the
situation as is now."
