I?. Critiques In three years of running these Vietnam programs I have not reported in these papers either the bouquets or the brickbats tossed at me personally in these critiques. I shall now break my Approved For Release 2001/04/23 : Cl 088A000100050004-4 25X1A Approved For Release 2001/04/23: CIA-RD MOIA000100050004-4 MOV VMW 25X1A9a self-imposed rule for the first time, and the break is triggered by, naturally, a bouquet which especially pleases me and which I quote: "Having spent 70-80ro of my 14 years with the Agency, which would indicate extensive time pro- cessing, briefings, etc. this has been, this particular orientation, the most realistic and effective program I have attended. For the most part, I believe with all sincerity this is due to devotion to this program. Most persons running a course, in my experience, act as MCs, turning over the 'hour' to a speaker. Having been in Asia 7-8 years I can say most or 9CY% of these lectures are extremely realistic and apply to the situation as is now." 25X1A9a Course Chairman 25X1A9a We I N, MeFrenOcec Wooll Distribution: Orin - Adse (with 2 atts); Return to IS 2 - Exec.
