SUBJECT d Notification of Non-eligibility for Designation as
a Participant in the CIA Retirement and Disability
System
1. A review has been conducted to determine your eligibility for
designation as a participant in the CIA Retirement and Disability System
25X1A in accordance with the provisions of It has been determined
that you do not meet the criteria as outlined in this Regulation for
designation as a participant at this time. The Read of your Career
Service is aware of this determination and any questions concerning
your non-eligibility for designation as a participant may be directed
to appropriate officials of that Career Service.
25X1A 2. As provided in you are hereby notified of your right
to submit an appeal of this determination to the Director of Central
Intelligence. Such appeal should be submitted in accordance with the
DA I/--\ appeals procedure as specified in_ and must be received in the
Office of the Director of Central Intelligence within 30 calendar days
from the date of this memorandum.
