1. Because a special meeting was called, the minutes of the previous
meeting of the Board were not presented for review and approval.
2. This meeting was called to discuss the procedures to be followed in
the processing of an involuntary retirement case under the CIA Retirement and
Disability System and to consider the case of 25X1A9a
has been tentatively recommended for involuntary retirement. The Boardy1A9a
cussed an outline presented by the Chairman which detailed the steps invo d
in the rocessing of involuntary retirement cases. The Chairman and
25X1Athen briefed the Board on the status of the case of 5X1A9a
e oard determined that in line with the outlined procedures the next step
25X1A9aould be to invite to submit a written statement or to appear
personally before t e Boar to discuss her case.
