1. The Board reviewed the minutes of the 17 September 1970 meeting
and approved them with the following correction:
Page 2, paragraph 4 - the date of 5 November 1961 to be
changed to read 5 November 1971.
2. The Board tabled the cases of and

3. The Board considered the cases of 2 employees who had been
nominated for designation as participants in the System, 1 request for
voluntary retirement, and 1 recommendation for involuntary retirement.
The Board took action as follows:

and therefore would receive a higher retirement annuity under the Civil 25X1A

with the established policy of the Board it was recommended that

5. The final case was the Fifteenth Anniversary Review of Miss
who will complete 15 years of Agency service on 26 March 1971. 25X1A

6. In view of the expected absence of several Board members at the
scheduled date of the next meeting, the Board voted to skip that meeting
date and to hold the next regular meeting on 12 November 1970. If any
priority case arises a special meeting will be called.
7. The meeting adjourned at 2:30 p. m.
