FBIB relations xi.th I
believe that they are self-explanatory if you have a copy of
Operations mvraudum #12, GIG, 15 July 1947. F--]has in-
formed me that you took a copy of this memorandum along with
you to London.
You will note that any correspondence on this subject
which is not signed by the Director requires his office to be
furnished an information copy. Carey has agreed that FBIB
will be the office of record for the Office of operations.
Banco, it will be necessary in such cases to forward at least
two copies of this correspondence to us hers in Washington.
