with the enclosed brief report on any visit to Japan prior to
this dates During the short tints available after I learned
that you would like suoh a report, no clerical personnel who
oould handle classified information was an duty is the Tokyo
office, and I have just today returned to my offices in lash-
inatoa.
I enjoyed my visit to Japan very much indeed and oertain-
ly think that it was very nuoh worthwhile tor has as well as
