a. Inspection re its prepared by IAS, 25X1
and asks reference to the fact that printed 25X1
forms and other mater a received by the ?BIB Field bureaus
from Washington bear reference to the Central Intelligence
Agenoye
b. It is recommended by that when forms are
printed for use in foreign areas, all reference to the Central
Intelligence Agency should be eliminated. (See Tab A).
o. It is suggested by that Central Intelligence 25X1
Agency be eliminated frog all material being sent to foreign
offices. (See Tab B)?
2. With a view to securing the guidance of in 25X1
this matter, particularly in connection with FBIB pu cs ions, Mr.

view that since it was likely that by this time t American and
non-Amsrioan personnel employed in tEe FBIB Field Bureaus were aware
of the connection between FBIB and the Central Intelligence Agency,
nothing further would be gained toward concealing this association
by the substitution of new covers on FBIB publications with the words
Central Intelligence Agency deleted from the heading.
further stated that unless Mr. George Carey felt it necessary for FBIB
to revise the covers on FBIB publications being forwarded to FBIB
Bureaus overseas, that from a security standpoint he did not consider
