1. Aeferenoe is aada to the editorial note at the end of
Braoe'a ?90712 Bratislava Csechoalovak Hose Service 090105 stating
"BBC intoras that this is the first monitored mention of Polish
Csechoelovak point operation at transport systems and power produo-
tion~.
2. It is desi.rsd to encourage the inclusion of suoh BBC ?bser
vationa~ whioh are of value to FHIB. It is requested, ho~+*ever~ that
the souros be particularised and so quoted as to ad~ait of reserva-
tions, e. g. "BBC ,sonitor believes that ..." or ?BBC wire states
that ...". Zn the retereaoe case, several previous monitored state-
,aents of 3oint Po73sh-Csechoslovak operation of transport and power
systems are on rile.
