You are to be commended for taking what appears to be every reasonable pre. caution against such action. I concur in your views except that I have some slight reservation oonoerning the necessity of an eight or ton foot, fence in lieu of a six foot fence. I also wonder guards in our Table of Organisation. I have asked to go over this carefully 25X1 with you and I have no doubt that we shall be able to get approval here to implement whatever action you and Larry mutually agree is necessary in this case. I have written maloslm Frost a letter with reference to this subject and a copy is enclosed herewith. The State Department has also received a letter from concerning this matter. I have talked over the situation with---the State Department and they have assured ms that they will make repre- sentations to the Foreign Office to insure that adequate arrangements are made for the protection of this station.
