1. Reference your memorandum dated 12 January 1949,
same subject, headquarters Third Army at Port McPherson,
Georgia, does not appear on our mailint, list for the Daily
Reports. It is believed that the Third Army has previously
received the Daily Reports addressed to the Commanding
General, Seventh Army, Atlanta, Georgia, since recent puL-
lications i'orearded to that address have been returned to
this branch.
2. In accordance with your request, the Third Army
has been placed on the mailit4, list for single copies of
the iuropean, Far Eastern and Latin America. Daily helorts
of Foreign Radio broadcasts.
