1:1. CENMAL CONSIDERATIONS :
a. Current Status : Entirely satisfactory early units produced have
been considerably improved in recent months with respect to re-
liability., accuracy and ability to copy through noise*
b. Commitments : None
c. Effectiveness : Converter will copy Morse code at varying speeds
ranging from 10 to 150 words per minute, 24 hours per day, using
separate teleprinter to produce page copy.
d. Anticipated results: It is anticipated that eventual savings

code monitor positions will be realized. Improved efficiency
