1. I an going to as to set up meetings with STAT
production office and stn representatives at 1530 on Wednesday,
7 January, at Lesley as part of the Bureau Chiefs' Conference
schedule. We have not yet mentioned this to the productie
offices because I would like to think the idea through first.
2. As I. see it there would be four such meetings hopefully
chaired by appropriate CCI officers with other DDI offices and
staffs invited to send representatives as they wieb. The four
groups would be Bade up as follows :
