telephone line, or channel. Bandwidth required was 200 cps to 10KC.
The limitations were that on long telephone lines, the top channel
would be lost or if the line ased tbroup a switchboare, one or
acre channels would be lost, so considered it possible
that the Information Sampler coth1 be used with radio liven or IR
signaling devices to increase their capacity.

of this breadboard, as far as the writer has been able to ascertain,
were unsuccessful. interest in the device apparently
began to vane, for it appears that no attempt was made to inprove
the device by redesign or by modification of the present circuit.

unsuccessful field tests, which to the undersigned mikes it unwise
to have the transmitter unit rebuilt, it is recommended that the
project be terminated. The lack of interest for continuation by
the designer at is another factor to be considered.

5. If the panel deems it unwise to terminate the development of
such equiplent at this time, it is recommended that this project be
left dormant for the present or be transferred to another contractor
with more electronic capabilities than possesses.
