Subject: Cost Notification
In accordance with contractual procedures please be advised
that as of July 1, 1958, expended costs have reached a level of 85% ex-
pended. These costs include some interim work accomplished during the
test period.
We have been keeping closely advised on progress of tests and
among other things it appears that some engineering changes and quantity
changes may be in order. Further, your representatives have indicated
a possibility of adding spare parts compatible with field support of this
equipment.
In view of the fact that no work is now in process, we respect-
fully suggest that further cost requirement be held in abeyance until such
time as all aspects are fully known and tests completed. Subsequent to
that time a full and detailed cost breakdown will be provided.
