Time and Place: February 25, 1959, 2. Attendance: 3 PurPose To review progress and discuss change of scope. 4. Discussion: The original contract dated 7 May 1956 set forth an agreement to build one (1) prototype 35 mm Time Lapse Camera. During the interim of 7 May 1956 and this date., the re- quirements and advancement of the state of the art photographically and electronically made it mandatory that APD search and investigate various claims that the old concept of photography was about to undergo a revolutionary change. This change has taken place-- Optically, Lenses and Sensors; Chemically, new high speed films, and Electronically controlling the mechanical moving parts of the entire camera system. All these advancements are being incor- porated into the Pulse Operated Cameras. Memorandum For: The Record Subject : Project 125D; 35 mm Time Lapse Camera Date : 5 March 1959 The present status of progress resulting from a change in scope is that the design is about 70% complete and the first new prototype may be ready for testing around the 15th of May 1959?
