a. Progress Daring March:
The initial report ch vas to outline the
planned work an the project from viewpoint vas not ready
for the meeting. Previous deadlines for this report of 1 march and
22 March were not net. Rssentially nothing has been accomplished on
the project since our last meeting early in March.
b. Results of Meeting:
main objective of the APD representatives was to
have run through the various phases of the project giving
the names o persons working on the project, the number of arm
months per month, the tentinistion dates of the phases. The following
chatt is the result. Coofireatiaa of these results will be given
in the first report now due to be in the mail by 30 April.

4. Discussion on P-101:
a. Progress During=
A description of the work completed during March is given

in the report of 7 April. In brief, investigation of sources 25X1
and seas ve is is continuing. Work is being started on mech-
anical modulation methods. Two alternators for power sources have been
ordered to go with the model airplane gasoline engines already received.
Consideration is being asde of a method of non-linear speech trans-
mission which would sisplity the construction of mechanical modulation
schemes. 8?mnidth studies are being initiated In the recently completed
darkroom.
