TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING: The meeting was held 15 August at 50X1 2. ATTENDANCE: 50X1 3. DISCUSSION: a. P-144A - Carrier Current System Fifteen (15)of the Mark III prototypes were returned to Radio Receptor for modification. An investigation by has 50X1 revealed that certain minor circuit changes in both the transmitter and receiver greatly improve the system performance. These modifications were discussed and it was agreed that would send to the 50X1 undersigned a complete list of modifications made to the units along with suggestions for future modifications and/or improvements. 50X1 In general the modifications to be made are: (1) Transmitter: (a) Change value of R213 to 5.6 K (b) Change value of R216 to 56 K These changes allow clipping circuit to clip symetrically instead of only positively as was the case. (2) Receiver: (a) Physically relocate C112 to reduce oscillations (b) Insert a "twin T" to block RF from the audio circuits. (c) Punch holes in NT 4 DOCUME NO. , .., I-.. .
