Some prel discussions were held on the CR-32, 500 to 1000 me receiver, which has been requested to propose on. The contractor feels that these specifications can be met within the required size without the use of apre-selector in the front end. However, insists that for a receiver of this sort it would be es ra e ~ o ave as much freedom fraan spurious responses as possible. lhie would indicate the inclusion of a pre-selector, even though such may not be required to meet the specifications as written.
