SCOPE OF WORK:
The Contractor shall perf'brm a feasibility study to examine the
principles and limitations of the frequency-time transformation as
applied to the self-adjusting spectrum filter together with bread-
boarding of sow critical circuits.
Five (5) each Monthly Progress Reports and a Final Report
shall be furnished.
The work sha11 be in accordance with
dated 10 May 1960, which is hereby incorporated herein by refer-
ence and made a part hereof .
NON-PROMOTIONAL:
Although the work under this Task Order is considered un-
classified when disassociated from the purchaser, you are not
at any tires authorized to use items for display or promotional
purposes or in any way publicly disclose the items unless you
have requested and have received prior written. authorization
to do so from the Contracting Officer.
NOTICE
This material contains information affecting the National Defense of the United
States within the meaning of the Espionage Laws, Title 18, U.S.C. Secs. 793 and
