Amplifier models 597, 1015T, 525T and 2550T have been completed.
Temporary manuals will be ready along with the amplifiers. Final
manuals will be ready the week of October 24. All of the amplifiers
will be given a final check just before delivery. The measured results
are included with each manual. Transistor aging may change these
values somewhat, but should remain within 10% of the values specified.
Word from on transistor type L5431 stated that delivery will be
at least another 6 weeks. We will proceed to design Model 6070T using
a lower frequency transistor, L5457 until type L5431 is received.
Evaluation of high frequency transistors for Phase II of the program is
continuing. Tentative designs for a 500-1000 me amplifier have begun.
