1. in conjunction with the properly designated Technical
Representative of the Contracting Agency, proposes to plan, lay out and design
an initial eyetee ia detail, inoludine the prcparation of a complete bill of
materials. Such equipments as may require oneness or modifications, will ee
netted. Such enuivnte avflay hp,re to be developed, designed and conetructed
will be listed. It le clearly understood that the were as outlined under this
paragraph will reeeire an eepreciatle amount of engineering design. "Oe will
submit, not later than the fifth of each month, a pregrese report summarizing
the work done duriee the precedine month.
