1. Attached is a list of the damages ? observed after uncratinl
the CiBb Playback Equipment received from
The photographs included are referenced in the attached
s . The equipment was received on 12 November 1958 and uncrated
immediately.
2. No attempt Was made to place the equipment into operation
as the AO power cord had been severed, therefore no estimate of
electrical damage has been made.
3. It is requested that appropriate action be taken to repair
the damages as soon as possible in order to permit evaluation of
the CB-3 Recorder.
