Enclosure: (A) Estimated Cost Analysis,
in triplicate
Pursuant to a recent inquiry, the bidder submits the following cost-
plus-fixed-fee quotation and supporting cost analysis, Enclosure (A), for
consideration:
Item Description
1. Design, develop and construct five (5)
1 - 10 KHC Antennas in accordance with the
specifications as noted below:
1 - 10 RIC antenna to be used as a
separate antenna and a dish feed on a F dish of t--.4. The beam widths are to
be symmetrical. The antenna is to have
a 50 ohm input impedance with a standing
wave ratio of less than 3 to 1; gain of
6 db over dipole, withstand 70 mile per
hour wind and k" ice; contain a mount-
ing adapter to fit a 3" o.d. mast when
mounted as a dish feed. The antenna is
to be manually rotated.
Estimated Selling Price
$6,249.
The above quotation is predicated upon the award of a mutually acceptable
cost-plus-fixed-fee research and development type of contract.

Delivery of the above items can be made in accordance with the following

receipt of award

receipt of award
Item 1 also includes an amount for the furnishing of fifty (50) copies
of a commercial grade B instruction to be delivered seven (7) months after receipt
of award.
In the event of award of contract based on this proposal, it is requested
that provision be made for payments at intervals of not more than thirty (30) days,
based on cost incurred and applicable proportion of the fixed fee. In addition, it
is requested that the following provision be included in any resulting contract:
"Costs of research programs of a general nature will be acceptable
to the extent found reasonable and allocable."
Favorable consideration of the enclosed quotation is respectfully requested.
Representatives of the bidder will be readily available in the event that further
contractual or technical discussion is necessary. In matters pertaining to this 25X1
