Spume Parts - After some detail discussion cat the spare puts list for the Pa-l , jB/C prototypes, signed a contract amendisng135 r to supply the items contained in the revised spare parts list. The revised OpeXe parts list reduced the quantity of items required to reflect a ction from approximately $30,000 to $10,000. indicated in a pbone conversation that the unit cost of some item would have to be Increased due to the reduced quantity desired however the contract was signed without any unit cost increase. The contract was written as requiring delivery in 3D days. said this vas impossible and the undersigned agreed to a 60 day delivery and the contract was so emended. 5. Prototype Delivery - ~ has delivered the first formal prototype and a target delivery date for the balance of the deliverable items we established as 1 y 195?. 0 said he could not meet this target date, but that he would deliver 6 sets by 1 May and the balance of the deliverable items, to include drawes J Mill of htteriaa1, Instruction Books etc by l June 1957. 6. HDo85 Task 2 . The AC power supply prototype sapple for the RS-17: (RP-u) was inspected. Several minor deficiencies were observed. Rather than have the company make any design modifications based on the observed deficiencies, the company was instructed to deliver the prototype with the 88.11 units for a technical evaluation. Test data as well as the observed deficiencies were to be forwarded as recomnendationus for modifications to be incorporated in the prototypes. These changes as well as any that might be indicated by a laboratory evaluation and comments from the 0&T Division would than be consolidated and incorporated in the ten units to be delivered.
