1. We are enclosing, in triplicate, a letter dated 8 February
1956 from the subject company. The Contractor states in the said
letter that in order to complete the work it is necessary that
additional funds in the amount of $24,543.00 be made available.
2. If you concur with the Contractor's request and require
overtime to permit compliance with the delivery schedule, please
submit your requisition citing funds that the additional costs
should be charged to.
