CLBJECT: Additional facilities.
1. In order to process Q new employees by
1 July 1952, it will be necessary to have a 75% increase
in space in Central Building, as near as possible to
present space.
The utilization of the east wing of Central Build-
ing for this purpose would permit the use of a co=non
reception room and centralization of activity.
2. Space for a health Hoom.in Building "I" or
"J" when these buildings are occupied by the Agency, /
will be required.
