SUBJECT: Transfer of Positions from OSO/OPC Registry to the Office of Communications.
1. Reference is made to the attached memorandum of 3 December 1951 in
25X1 which it was agreed that 0 positions now existent in the OSO/OPC Cable
Section and the incumbents thereof would be transferred to the Signal Center
Processing Section, Office of Communications.
2. The attached list gives information as to slot numbers, previous
and proposed titles and grades of these positions. It is requested that
your office take the necessary action to reflect this change and increase
the strength of the Signal Center Processing Section in Accordance therewith.
3. Current action is being taken by this office to submit personnel
actions to the Personnel Division (Covert) to effect the transfer of the
personnel.
