analytical strength of National Estimates will be further augmented
by absorption of personnel and positions now engaged in the production
of the Daily Summary, since no reduction in analytical position
strength is anticipated at the time of transfer of the publication
phase of the current intelligence publication-function.

Director for National Estimates, subject to review for possible
reductions in the Support Staff of the Office of National Estimates
at the time the publication of the Daily Summary is transferred to
the Office of Current Intelligence and subject to classification
recommendations of the Personnel Office as indicated on the attached
table of organization.
