Records Integration Staff
1. In the amalgamation of the OSO/Q Registry Units into the Records
Integration Staff, as approved by DD/P, an Organizational Chart and a Table
of Organization are urgent requirements.
2. The attached Organizational Chart and Table of Organization have
been concurred in by both ADPC and ADSO, with the understanding that they
will replace the two existing structures as the units are progressively
merged. Your approval of the attachments is requested in order that final
implementation may be effected.
