Thank you for your letter of 3 May 1971. 1 notice that
our paper "A Pilot Course in Engineering Systems Analysis,"
is still listed under Department of Defense. As we discussed
a month ago, the Director has given full approval to publica-
tion and, if possible, the sponsoring agency should be named as
C.I.A., in order to avoid any ambiguity. I realize that your
printing is underway and, perhaps, it is too far "down the
pike" now to change except on an errata sheet. We are looking
forward to the constructive comments on our format and content
in June.
