Analysis Course
A subject of continuing interest to the Directorate has
been that of improving our internal staff skills in systems
engineering, and under the sponsorship of ORD we are
initiating a series of seminar sessions on the subject,
patterned after the pilot series held last year. The attached
OTR announcement gives details about the course. You are
invited to examine the topical areas presented and to consider
the course for some of your technical officers.
