Dear Dr. Higgins:
Thank you very much for your inquiry regarding the paper on
Engineering Systems Analysis which we presented last June at
Annapolis. Enclosed are copies for your use, mark-up, and return
per your offer. We would be most interested in your constructive
critical comments. Basically the course is also an attempt to improve
intergroup technical communications on an internal basis. There are
several disciplines represented in the group, consequently there is a
wide heterogeniety of background. The paper is slanted somewhat for
internal consumption although the wide range of references suggest
that we have a universal commonality.
