The following paragraphs are presented as an indication of IJbOt MAD feels is feasible in a long range missile, one capable of carrying a load of approximately twenty ounces. 3. The rocket would have a burning time of 0.5 seconds and 'would then be carried through its trajectory by montentum. This means that there would be no visible trail in the sky during the day caused by smoke, nor any trail of light at night. It is anticipated that messages, currency, and other objects not exceeding the design payload. of 20 ounces, could be carried. The rocket would be capable of being initiated by any of several standard Agency time delays. It is anticipated that the cost of such a rocket, exclusive of the electronic maratus,- would. be $30.00. The transisterized oscillator would cost an additional *30.00. The receiver, which could be repeatedly used, would cost $100.00.
