1. The following information is being presented to assist
you in the evaluation of escape procedures from the B26C
aircraft. This aircraft is capable of carrying a ferrying
tank in addition to the normal complement of the gasoline
tank. This ferrying tank is as wide as our dispensers and
extends about two feet further forward than the dispensers.
Thus, if this is satisfactory for normal operating procedures,
we have no escape problems in using the dispensers of our
present design.
2. The carrying capacity of this new design for Task Order
-"A" is 2-million sheets of 4" x 5" size.
