1. This odEfice has ,st been advised by TSS/ED that they
have received a firm delivery date of 30 September for the prototype
model of the Aerial Deti ory Dispatch System. The castrsctor has
been made aware of the necessity for meetioz this date and has assured
TSS that they will do so. is presen&ly scheduled 25X11!
for unid-September wish "b roc r r< model of the dispatch sy-
stem. Improvements and design changes are bolas incorporated in
the prototype that wif require testing, either 25X1
or on subsequent tests. Therefore. is thaw interest of economy and
the etimiaaatiea of duplication of effort, it is felt that Operation 25X1
