1. It is requested that the services ofl again
be made available to OTR as a guest lecturer during the Balloon
Operations Course. His presence during the week of 9 September
in Denver, Colorado, is required for the purpose of giving
instruction and assisting in the launching and recovering of
170-F propaganda balloons.
2. It is also requested that the "shro" ed in launching
personnel balloons be ordered from 7:7 wit instruc- 25X1
tions to send it by Railway Express to , Denver, 25X1
Colorado. Arrival date should be no later than 3 September.
