Your request by refesnce mes~o for the installation of a d~oastration incinerator in Room Zp~j ~ the West Out Building has been considered. In view of your de`relapaent of a sew type of incinerator, your desiz~e to demoptrate it is understood, but the location selected is questionable. 2. To overcome the above mentioned difficulties and objections, it is recaamenc~,ed that a more suitable location for installation of the unit be considered. It i.s noted that the motor for the unit squires three phase power which would probably be difficult to provide in the field. Single phase power would be satisfactory for a l~.P. rotor. Also, 50 ay+ale power in the field would reduce the fen output about 25 per sent, with en equivslent reduction in static pressure. 7.
